Plum Creek Farms was founded by Jason in 2003 with a simple belief: farmland deserves the same care and respect that the families who built it would give.
What started as managing a few hundred acres for neighbors has grown into a trusted operation serving landlords across Hamilton County and western Kansas. But our approach hasn't changed—every acre gets the attention it deserves.
We're not a corporate operation with distant decision-makers. We're your neighbors, farming land we can see from our own kitchen windows.
